Rock Solid offices

This is a commercial space within an office building renovated between 2012 and 2014.

It features a glass facade, a large central lobby with several vertical circulation cores, a column structure, shared restrooms on each floor, technical flooring, and accessible ceilings.

The main feature of the space is its expansiveness, due in large part to having facades on two sides oriented to the south and north, and its column structure that spans large distances.

This space is intended to house a “family office,” with one of the primary project goals being to maintain a high level of quality in the work and meeting areas.

The project objectives were to create generous spaces with excellent performance in the built elements, using timeless design furniture to add character to the space. In summary, the goal was to create a work environment that would endure over time without feeling outdated.
